Privacy Policy

Updated: August 11, 2025

1) Overview

This Policy explains how Ignite Game Studios (“Ignite”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information in our games, apps, and website. By using our products/services, you agree to this Policy.

2) Scope

This Policy applies to: (a) our VR/AR and flat-screen apps (“Products”), (b) our website www.ignitegamestudio.com, and (c) support channels such as support@ignitegamestudio.com. Platform providers (e.g., Meta) may have their own policies; those apply to their services/features.

3) Information We Collect

We strive to minimize data. Depending on how you interact, we may process:

In-app

  • Runtime/Telemetry: device and OS metadata, language/region settings, session duration, performance metrics, crash logs, and gameplay events (e.g., level progress) used to operate, secure, and improve features.

  • Platform-provided info used by features: e.g., display name, language preference, and friend list when the platform makes it available to the app. We do not store this on our own servers unless a specific feature requires it (for example, cloud leaderboards or account-linked support).

  • Leaderboards/Achievements (third parties): if enabled, your in-game username and scores/time may be transmitted to that service to provide the feature.

Website (www.ignitegamestudio.com)

  • Analytics & logs: page views, IP address, device/browser info, and cookies or similar technologies.

Player Support

  • Messages you send us: your email address and any content you provide (e.g., name, screenshots, purchase details).

We do not require an Ignite account for our games and we do not seek to collect sensitive categories of data.

4) How We Use Information

We use data to:

  • Provide, operate, and support gameplay and online features.

  • Improve stability/performance (analytics, crash reporting, telemetry).

  • Respond to support requests and communicate with you.

  • Monitor for abuse, prevent fraud, and maintain security.

  • Comply with legal obligations.

5) Third-Party Services

We integrate platform providers (e.g., Meta), analytics/crash tools, and leaderboard/achievement services. When they act as our processors, they are contractually limited to processing data to provide their services to us and must protect it appropriately. When they act as independent controllers (e.g., platform account services), their own privacy policies apply.

6) International Transfers

We may process and store data in Brazil and other countries. When transferring data across borders, we take reasonable steps to protect it and comply with applicable laws.

7) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction. No system is 100% secure, and we continually improve our protections.

8) Security Vulnerabilities & Data-Collection Suspension

If we identify an unresolved security vulnerability affecting our Products:

  • We will immediately suspend the collection and storage of user data (including analytics/telemetry) and disable features that transmit data off-device.

  • During suspension, our Products do not collect or store user data beyond what is strictly necessary to run offline functionality.

  • After remediation, we may re-enable data collection and affected features.

9) Children

Our Products and site are not intended for children where prohibited by law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13; if we learn we have, we will delete it.

10) Retention

We keep data only as long as needed to provide the services and for legitimate purposes such as security, debugging, and legal compliance. When no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

11) Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data, or object to/limit certain processing. Regardless of region, we honor global requests as described below.

12) Requesting Data Deletion (applies to all users, worldwide)

You may request deletion of data we have collected at any time and free of charge.

How to submit a request Email support@ignitegamestudio.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request.” Include: (1) the game/app title, (2) your in-game username, (3) the platform (e.g., Meta Quest), and (4) information to help us verify identity and locate your data (e.g., support ticket/purchase email or device info you previously shared with us).

What happens next After verifying identity, we will delete or de-identify data we hold and instruct our processors to do the same, unless we must retain limited data to comply with law, resolve disputes, or ensure security/anti-fraud. We will confirm when deletion is complete or explain any legally required retention.

We do not charge fees for deletion requests.

13) Sharing & Disclosures

We may disclose information:

  • To service providers/partners processing data on our behalf under contract.

  • To comply with law, legal process, or requests from authorities.

  • To protect our rights, users, or the public, to enforce terms, or investigate abuse.

  • In connection with a corporate transaction (e.g., merger or asset sale), subject to continued protections.

We do not sell your personal information.

14) Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
